I was feeling positive about my life when I started my wellbeing coaching, but felt I wanted to take stock and consider if there were areas of my life that I could develop.
Jules provided me with really structured sessions, where she supported, encouraged and challenged my thinking. The work that I was given to do between the sessions inspired me to make time for myself to really consider where I was at and what I want from life.
I have found the programme has given me much more clarity about who I am, what makes me happy and what I want to achieve in the next six to 12 months.

I met Jules on a Connecting Women Through Wellbeing workshop. Whilst I was there, I was lucky enough to win two wellbeing life coaching sessions with Jules. I found both sessions to be thorough and unrushed.
Whilst I was already aware of some areas of my life where I wanted to create change, I had no idea where to start! Jules helped me identify my strengths, potential barriers, my perceptions and what my realistic goals could be.
Once I identified some goals, I looked at setting smaller achievable actions to help me achieve them. This included creating a vision board. I have found this vision board to be useful because it has given me a visual aid to the goals I want to achieve.
Throughout our sessions I found Jules to be a very calm, positive and encouraging person. She offered insight into how I worked as a person and how this can be used to create change.

I was approaching 60 and feeling as though I was at a crossroads both in my professional and personal life. I approached Jules to find out more about life coaching and how it might benefit me.
Going through the ‘House of Wellbeing’ with Jules was one of the most enlightening experiences I have ever had. I was in a poorer state of mental health than I realised at the time. I was also on the cusp of a ‘life crossroads’ situation. I had a lot of things going on with my work, home life and family commitments. I was struggling to make clear decisions and the right choices.
During our conversation, I was impressed with how Jules seemed to empathise so practically with my ‘messy head’ situation. She was the first person to identify my ‘chattering head’ as a significant blocker of ‘good-decision making’.
Her gentle guidance and support during our coaching conversation allowed me to clarify my thinking and identify some specific goals. Jules’s calming tone and clear, tailored language, along with some very practical relaxation techniques, worked well for me. This got me through what turned out to be an amazing week, leading to a challenging but special year.
