I was feeling positive about my life when I started my wellbeing coaching, but felt I wanted to take stock and consider if there were areas of my life that I could develop.
Jules provided me with really structured sessions, where she supported, encouraged and challenged my thinking. The work that I was given to do between the sessions inspired me to make time for myself to really consider where I was at and what I want from life.
I have found the programme has given me much more clarity about who I am, what makes me happy and what I want to achieve in the next six to 12 months.
Jules’s professional approach and clear passion for coaching has helped me to realise that anything is possible.
Thank you, Jules, for this amazing opportunity.
I met Jules on a Connecting Women Through Wellbeing workshop and I luckily won the opportunity to have two Wellbeing Coaching sessions. Both sessions with Jules were thorough and unrushed.
Whilst I was already aware of some areas of my life where I wanted to create some change, I had no idea where to start! Jules helped me identify my strengths, any potential barriers, my perceptions and what my realistic goals could be.
Once we identified some goals, we looked at setting smaller achievable actions to help me achieve them, including creating a vision board which I have found to be useful as it has given me a visual aid to the goals I wanted to achieve.
Throughout our sessions I found that Jules was a very calm, positive and encouraging person. Offering insight into how I work as a person and how this can be used to create change.
I would highly recommend contacting Jules to discuss any aspects of your wellbeing.
Approaching 60 and feeling as though I was at a crossroads, both in my professional and personal life. I approached Jules to find out more about life coaching and how it might benefit me.
Going through the ‘House of Wellbeing’ with Jules was one of the most enlightening experiences I have ever had. As Jules took me through each room, describing the concept in a gentle and professional manner, I was put at ease and able to discuss and understand the relevance of the process. She showed me how each aspect interlinked and had an effect on my life, fears and decisions. Many were not as I first assumed before the session and I was able to come away with a positive plan for my future.
Jules has a personable, relaxed and professional style, and I would highly recommend her as a life coach to anyone.
Jules has a natural ability as a life coach.
Jules had previously taken me through the house of wellbeing, and on our second meeting we revisited each room to assess each aspect of my professional and personal life. I was amazed when talking it through how far I had progressed from our initial meeting.
Jules is totally committed to improving your professional and personal life. She keeps you focused and accountable in a most supportive manner. She provides you with a clear direction of where you are going by helping you define what you want and where you want to be. She takes time to understand your goals, aspirations and fears both personally and professionally and is dedicated to your success.
Jules has a unique insight and tremendous ability to connect with people inspiring and nurturing them to move in a positive direction.
Thank you so much. I am back from a retreat in Sark. You were my inspiration and much of my recovery has been down to your wise words a few days after my surgery – so big thanks to you.
I started my journey with Jules at a time when I was experiencing many menopausal symptoms affecting my confidence in myself, both inside and out.
I have to admit I was apprehensive before starting the programme. However, Jules made me feel at ease very early in the programme, with her very warm and caring manner.
I was very impressed with her knowledge base and how she oozed confidence. I truly believe in the tools and life skills that Jules has provided me with, which have increased my confidence twofold.
Most of all, she has taught me to be kind to myself and the importance of finding quality time for me.
It’s been five months since my wellbeing life coaching conversation with Jules and I am pleased to say my life is still on track and I have to give credit to Jules as a significant contributor to this fact.
I was in a poorer state of mental health than I realised at the time. I was also on the cusp of a ‘life crossroads’ situation. I had a lot of things going on with my work, home life and family commitments. I was struggling to make clear decisions and the right choices.
During our conversation, I was impressed with how Jules seemed to empathise so practically with my ‘messy head’ situation. She was the first person to identify my ‘chattering head’ as a significant blocker of ‘good-decision making’.
Her gentle guidance and support during our coaching conversation allowed me to clarify my thinking and identify some specific goals. Jules’s calming tone and clear, tailored language, along with some very practical relaxation techniques, worked well for me. This got me through what turned out to be an amazing week, leading to a challenging but special year.
As a Wellbeing Life Coach, I cannot praise you highly enough, Jules. THANK YOU.
I’d like to recommend Jules Hellens – we had a meet up last week and her knowledge and understanding of the menopause is amazing. If you have any issues then Jules is your lady to see!
Thank you Jules so much for taking time to talk to me. You were so reassuring and gave me the confidence to take some action. What a relief!
