During this session, we will explore brieﬂy how Wellbeing Life Coaching could help you, and I will answer any questions you may have. This is a chance for you to discover whether my style of coaching is right for you. It’s important to me that you have an environment that feels safe. My coaching room is based at the Coach House, 38 Cotham Hill, Bristol, BS6 6LA. It is situated above the main office of Anthony James & Company, and is a comfortable, quiet and safe space for us to meet.
