Making Sense of your Wellbeing Life (10 sessions)
This is a guided step-by-step journey into your wellbeing future over a period of five to ten months. It’s a unique and in depth and one-to-one programme packed with different techniques and tools. As part of your journey you will be given a personal wellbeing life journal to complete at home.
£800 for ten 90-minute one-to-one-sessions or £90 per session (it is advisable to complete the whole step-by-step journey to see results).
Making Sense of your Menopause (1 session)
This one-off session will talk through your experiences of menopause so far and how it is having an impact on your wellbeing. I will guide you on the changes that can be made to make the experience more positive so you can embrace this period of life. This can be done over the phone or face-to-face.
£60 for an initial one-hour session.
Making Sense of your Future (1 session)
In this session, you will create your own individual vision board by building a collage of words and pictures that represent your goals. This will enable you to activate the powers of your subconscious mind and attract you to people, resources and opportunities you need to achieve those goals.
£160 for one three-hour session, including all materials.
Making Sense of your Wellbeing Future (1 days coaching)
During this one day of coaching, you will spend the morning understanding your wellbeing needs, so you can establish what it is you truly desire in life. In the afternoon you will create your own individual vision board building a collage of words and pictures that represent your goals. This will enable you to activate the powers of your subconscious mind and attract you to people, resources and opportunities you need to achieve those goals.
£270 for five-hours coaching, including all materials.
