This is a unique and in depth step-by-step journey, that will help you to reboot and maintain your overall sense of wellbeing.
We will focus on your wellbeing needs so you can create goal-focused solutions that will unlock positive outcomes. This will enhance your overall sense of wellbeing by you connecting with and rebalancing your head, heart and body.
To ensure ongoing focus and accountability you will be given a personal wellbeing life journal to complete at home.
This can be done over the phone or via zoom.

Making sense of your menopause (6 sessions)
During each session we will talk through your experience of the menopause so far and how it is having an impact on your overall sense of wellbeing. I will guide you on the changes that can be made to make the experience more positive so you can embrace this phase of your life.
To ensure ongoing focus and accountability you will be given a personal wellbeing life journal to complete at home.
