It’s very easy to lose touch with our mental, emotional and physical needs over time. I’m here to help you to refocus your mind so you can reboot your wellbeing.

As your Wellbeing Life Coach, I’ll help you to connect with your head, heart and body to create a new sense of balance in your life.
During your sessions with me, I’ll take you on a journey of self-discovery. We will create goal-focused solutions that you can use to unlock positive outcomes and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.
We will achieve this by using tools and techniques based on the basic principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the Positive Psychology model of wellbeing.
